Haskell was selected to design and build a heliport and support facilities for Petroleum Helicopters Inc. (PHI) in Boothville, Louisiana.  New facilities include a hangar, control tower, administration and operations building, 37 helipads and a fuel farm.

Haskell provided all architectural design, engineering, construction and interior design services.  PHI, a NASDAQ-traded company, is the largest provider of helicopter transport services in the Gulf of Mexico, with a fleet of more than 300 helicopters.  The company supplies air transportation services to oil and gas companies and aeromedical services firms in North America and five other continents.
