David A. Thaeler

David Thaeler has more than 20 years of human resources leadership experience in several highly innovative team focused organizations including two Fortune 500 companies. David has extensive experience in the development of human resources consultancy models, talent management, team development and engagement, total reward programming, talent acquisition and retention, employment branding, corporate volunteerism, and organizational development and effectiveness. Prior to his current position, David served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Marketing at a Georgia based health system identified four years in a row as a Fortune 100 Great Places to Work with previous HR leadership roles in the telecommunications, professional management services and health products & services industries.
David holds a dual master’s degree in labor and human resources and public policy and management and a bachelor’s in business administration from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
