Cost, Schedule And Quality Comparison

 
The Construction Industry Institute (CII) in conjunction with Pennsylvania State University, undertook extensive research in a National Project Delivery System Study.  This study analyzed and evaluated three project delivery systems:  design-build, construction management-at-risk and design-bid-build.  The research compares total cost, schedule adherence and quality on 351 diverse projects.
